Single-Stage Tower Dryers

The Marriott Walker Corporation offers single-stage tower dryers ranging in size from small pilot plant units through models for full scale production facilities. Our tower dryers come in many configurations, depending on your processing requirements. Process air can be heated directly, with natural gas, or indirectly, with steam, thermal fluid or indirect gas heating systems. We accomplish the vital process air/product separation within the drying system through various combinations of product recovery cyclones, baghouses and wet scrubbers as circumstances dictate.
