Multi-Stage Tower Dryers

Marriott Walker Corporation’s two-stage tower drying systems offer increased versatility for difficult to dry products or for processors who wish to utilize two-stage drying with agglomerating capabilities.  Multi-stage drying allows for tighter control of temperature and moisture content of the final powder, as well as control over granulation, particle size distribution, density and dust free properties.

Our two-stage tower dryers can be offered with either internal static fluid beds or external vibratory fluid beds as your process may require. As with our single-stage tower dryers, variety and adaptability are the keys to our ability to address your processing needs.
